Tenant Screening’s referencing only service offers speed, accuracy and attention to detail. Every screening application is manually reviewed and assessed by our trained agents and we do not use automated approval systems.
This services includes an affordability check and if the the tenant is employed or due to commence an employment reference or valid contract of employment that will confirm an applicant’s employment status as well as their income for proof that they will be working during the period of time the lease and they are able to meet the financial commitments for the property they are looking to rent. In addition a current landlord reference will be sought if the applicant confirms that they currently in a rental property. The referencing only service is popular screening check with landlords who are looking to rent to tenant’s who are coming from overseas.
Although it is recommended that a credit check is also completed for a prospective tenant who has resided within the United Kingdom for more than 3 months or has previously lived in the UK within the last 7 years.
