Tenant Screening’s Full Tenant Profile service offers speed, accuracy and attention to detail. Every screening application is manually revised and assessed by our trained agents and we do not use automated approval systems.
We will attempt to verify the prospective tenant’s employment details by email, information about the tenant’s current employment, length of service and salary information are obtained. We will also look to verify any other incomes such as part time work or benefits income. If the tenant is self-employed we will obtain a reference from their accountant or verify income from current bank statements and supporting documentation such a previous year’s filed HMRC tax return.
